🚚 Processing Time
Orders are processed within
- 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- Varies for handmade or custom items (please contact us for estimates before placing an order)
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Free Shipping on qualifying orders (when available)

International shipping is available to select countries.
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
El Compa Western Wear is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by carriers or weather
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist however we can.
💥 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
