At El Compa Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns & Exchanges

 

 

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

To qualify, items must be:


  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags, packaging, and accessories

Items returned with signs of wear, odors, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

 


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

 


  • Custom keychains
  • Giveaway entry products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • “All sales final” marked items


🥾 Footwear Returns (Boots)

 

 

 

Boots may be exchanged for a different size one time if:

 


  • They are unworn outdoors (Tried on inside)
  • The soles are clean and unmarked
  • Returned in the original box

We strongly recommend trying boots on indoors only on carpet or a soft floor until you’re sure they fit.

 


📦 Return Shipping

 

 


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping.

 


⏳ Processing Time

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

 


Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
